Watercooler Wednesday

Wouldn't you love to know what -- or who -- they're talking about?

Welcome back!

Being that Valentines is a difficult day for me, I'm taking a little break from the Wednesday Hodgepodge.
Nevertheless -- with apologies to Joyce -- I can't resist channeling my inner Barbara Walters.

Let's keep this simple --

If you were a contestant on a trivia-style game show,
what category would you most want to see displayed
when it came down to the million-dollar question?

Warm hugs,
Myra

  1. They're talking about Suzy and how DARE she wear THAT dress to work! What was she thinking?! [meow] lol
The million dollar question? Hmmm ... something pertaining to Medieval History, especially the Tudor Age. I've got this!
    Blessings. xx

    1. Whoa, girl ... kudos! I'd fail even if that (category) was a True-or-False.

What catagory for the million dollar question?
    Classical music or film history.

    1. My mother and I used to sit and watch Jeopardy -- marveling that not only do the contestants know the answers, (but) they can recall them in seconds.

  6. So sorry to hear you're having a rough patch today, Myra. Certain days can do that for us. I don't think I'd even be comfortable on any game show. Not my cup of tea!
    Blessings!

    1. Terrified to even try, I'm happy to play via my television (where no-one can see or hear me, lol).

  7. I'm sorry that this is a rough day for you. I guess we all have certain days that affect us. (((hugs)))
I guess I would bomb at game shows. I always seem to freeze at test or having to think real quickly. Glad I don't have to worry about it anyway.

    1. Thank you, Sue! Ya, I'm the kind that thinks of a response like 10 minutes after the fact.

  9. Praying for you.

My favoured question category would be "My life in the last week." I'd probably win any questions on this category.

    God bless.

    1. Hahaha ... I wasn't expecting that! Rather, religion or music. That what I get for presuming.

  14. Gosh, I'm not great at those game show questions. I might have to call a friend. Oh, that's a different game show! My son Scott is a whiz at those shows...amazing for a kid who dropped out of high school and then took the GED and passed it first time trying! Some people just learn differently! Anyway, category for me would be...wow, I'm no expert in anything...maybe the habits of Bluebirds and Sand Hill Cranes. LOL. Sending warm (((hugs))) and love to you dear friend.

  15. Well I’ll go for country music trivia preferably mid 70s to 90s. If it pertains to Loretta or Conway even better. Yeah, I was country when country wasn’t cool. 😊 Take care, Sheila Y
