DeleteI cannot believe you can remember all those songs. WOW, the number 17 is the one I really remember, Sherry was 17 when we started dating, I used that number a lot. LOL

Most singers I enjoyed are no longer with us. Dean Martin and 'Memories are made of this!'

I'm so uncoordinated, the only way I'll dance is 'slow up close (don't know the proper name). Remembering such a dance with a certain Italian officer aboard a cruise while the band played, "Unforgettable."

The only song I never liked was "At 17" by Janis Ian (too much of a downer)

DeleteI recall being really disappointed when, in '58, my mother said she couldn't sew me a purple people eater costume for Halloween. "At 17" is reminiscent of my own high school years. Ugh.

John Stewart wrote Daydream Believer and we opened for him in a Birmingham pub.
We met Curley Putman who was a co-writer on He Stopped Living her Today at a songwriter event in Nashville.
What remarkable experiences you've enjoyed! Moments to remember, for sure.
