Only yesterday I was seriously studying Oceania Cruises offerings. Love how they bill themselves as a "cruise line for grown-ups" with a minimal passenger limit.
Aw, who am I kidding? They're focused on fine food. Ha!
My last night out in detail
That's been so long, I can't remember.
Something that makes me sad when I think about it
My dad not living long enough to experience the internet. How well I remember when, on his day off he'd go to the Public Library and sit, perusing Big City newspapers' travel sections.
Something I'm currently worrying about
The civil unrest and fury exhibited all across our land.
Something to do without realizing
Tom says I'm all the time picking at the sides and back of my thumbs with my middle fingers.
A drunken story
Ugh. To celebrate the end of tax season, the firm's partners invited all employees and our significant others at a complimentary Cocoa Beach get-away. My boss, Jo Anne began cranking up the margarita blender mid-morning. There was wine at dinner, followed by shots. Lots of shots. Finally having retired to our hotel rooms Tom and JoAnne continued partying on the beach ... while I did the walk run of shame to the lavatory.

You can always take your pups to Home Depot. that is an outing for us. ha ha. love you and all your answers. i fiddle with my fingers all day every day, even in bed. constant fiddling, but not with the thumb, the 3 middle fingers both hands.

Yes, back in 1957 our family did a Caravan tour. I've few memories, but recall being terrified about the young princes' beheading in the Tower of London.

DeleteIts always a wonderful thing to hear that you and your loved ones are doing well. Something I'm really thankful for too. Cabin flever has a lot of us in its grips and I'm really needing a get away soon. We really took all the things we used to do for granted. But I suppose an excursion to the grocery store is going to be as good as it gets. Take care and hang in there !

DeleteI am with you worrying about our country and all that is going on in it. Trusting in God and doing lots of praying. A cruise would be fun though imagine all the new rules that would come with it! Yep I can see a resemblance between you and Jamie Lee Curtis! I have several drunken stories that bring me embarrassment when I remember them. Free flowing alcohol is never a good thing for me lol.

DeleteHow many is "minimal" passengers on Oceania? We have taken severla Viking cruises. The river cruises (which I preferred) were less than 200 and really perfect for me. The one ocean cruise (Mediterranean) was ~1,000 people and too big for me.

DeleteI love that Animals song. Good one. There are times I feel just like that too. I want to go somewhere, and hubby just doesn't seem to understand. He doesn't like to fight traffic, etc., and so we stay at home in the country, which is lovely...but I'd love to go "north" a little ways and enjoy some fall weather/sights! Enjoyed your answers.

You know that menu bar across the top of the edit post screen? It's the tiny clipboard just to the left of the smiley face. When you click, that opens a drop-down box with an option for YouTube. Hope this helps!
