aka, Sunday Stealing -- stolen questions from every corner of the blogosphere.
It's a beautiful morning here in central Alabama; I should be getting ready for church. Unfortunately, our little Grace seems to have hurt her back. Until our vet opens tomorrow, I'm staying nearby and will watch Services online.
Meanwhile .....
let's play "Complete the Thought."
I LOVE TO eat out in a real, sit-down restaurant with real, hand-held menus.
I SOMETIMES still beat myself up over something dumb I said days (or even weeks or months!) after a conversation.
I FEAR severe weather.
I MISS my sweet Macie Ann so much. My heart's diminished.
I CRAVE a good night's sleep.
I CHERISH my friends.
I AM IMPATIENT WHEN other shoppers block the grocery aisle. Remember those little bells and/or horns we used to affix to our bicycle handlebars? I'd love to see them on shopping carts!
I'd love to hear your answers!

I love to be with my family, good times for sure! I sometimes nap the afternoon away. I fear not much, I know the the good Lord's watching over me. I miss my DDH and DS#1 so much. They are both in heaven now. I crave sweet things, desserts of all kinds! I'm impatient when I have to wait in doctors offices and they are late. I like the cartoon at the end, breathing out and breathing in is so good for us! Love, ma
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you played along, Ma! Yes, to the good Lord's watching over us.
DeleteI really loved your answers, Myra, and that cartoon? Yes, I'm still laughing. Have a blessed Sunday and I hope sweet Gracie gets to feeling better.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Martha. It's an old one; in fact, my very first post back in 2008!
DeleteCan you imagine Walmart shoppers with bells on their buggies?!! I'm laughing. Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteOh, wouldn't that be a stitch? Security!
DeleteAs someone who often takes HOURS to fall asleep I am with you on the importance of having a solid night.
ReplyDeleteLittle children don't realize how lucky they are!
DeleteI liked reading your answers and I think a horn would be great on a grocery cart. Have a nice Sunday.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Debby!
DeleteI too love to eat out in a sit down restaurant. No prep and no clean up and so many choices ... Aww I really miss it !
ReplyDeleteShould of , would of, could of, yes, I rehash so much stuff in my head, especially around 3AM.
I really miss the many years of serving in different capacities through church and all of the wonderful people I worked with. Life changes and I am having a hard time accepting some of the things that are no longer there for me. I don't feel sorry for myself but I do miss that fulfilling part.
I do cherish my family and those close friends and my Blog family too.
Love the end cartoon..Breathe in , Breathe out..
That's my mantra a lot of the time.
Myra, I love and agree with your answers.
Hope your Sunday is good and that your precious doggie gets relief and healing.
Sue
Great thoughts; thank you for playing! Yes, Grace seems better but I still want to have her checked out tomorrow. She's about to turn 13 and we all know, old age ain't for sissies!
DeleteI so agree with you on those cars/shoppers. Keeping in prayer, Myra. smiles
ReplyDeleteThank you, dear lady!
DeleteI agree with each of your answers and every one also.
ReplyDeleteI love restaurants but not open-air ones. I once ate in Paris in one of those al fresco restaurants where they have all the tables on the sidewalk. It started raining and it took me ages to finish the soup. It was French onions. And the snails just slid off away. They insisted I pay for that meal.
When I can't sleep I just write Blog posts - humourous ones.
So sorry to hear about Grace. Praying for y'all. God bless.
I think dining al fresco isn't all it's cracked up to be! As ever, thank you for your prayers.
DeleteI bet Amazon has those bells and I could fit one in my purse to take to Publix!! Brilliant idea, Myra!! I know how the heart hurts when we lost a fur-child. Hug, and hug again!! Love ya!!
ReplyDeleteYou know, I actually went and looked! They do! But would I have the nerve?
DeleteI'm so sorry about Grace. ❤️
