ReplyDeleteWhen it comes to regrets, it's easy to wander down a long road of "what ifs" and overthinking. I've chosen not to live there. Every regret is woven into the fabric of who I am today. Through God's grace, even my mistakes and missteps have served a purpose, teaching me lessons, strengthening my faith, and shaping my journey. I can't change the past, but I can be grateful for how God has used it to make me who I am today.

DeleteI often wish I could ask my parents more questions, but as for me I can't think of any for myself. I have no regrets as far as how I lived my life. It's been a good one so far. I still wake up every day and thank the good Lord for it! I have no favs on stars I'd like to me. I haven't admired one enough to want to know them. I too would say to everyone Be Kind! DeleteGreat answers Myra...Many of them I share with you. Lets see.. When I was little, I always thought of Heaven being just above the clouds in the blue sky. Space and all of that stuff ruined it for me. The mystery that I will one day know is: Where exactly is heaven? Is it located in another universe...is it the most gorgeous planet ever located WAY beyond? 🤷♀️

ReplyDeleteI really have no regrets. I have lived a good MANY years and I am still above ground ... so that's good. I don't want to dwell on the past and the should have, could have.. Learning and moving on.

I do often wonder if there are other universes like ours and if there are, what a reunion that will be when we all get to heaven ... where ever that actually is. I know I am going there so it really doesn't matter where it actually is. My ticket is paid for in Full !!

DeleteGosh, so much to ponder here. Everyone else chipped in with some good thoughts too. I agree with you on Jane Fonda, but there may be some others in there as well. I look forward to heaven, where all our questions will be answered automatically. What a day that will be! We will have the mind of Christ and understand it all, and see the BIG picture of our lives that He has been watching all along. And I also love the smell of a sweet CLEAN new baby! Re: regrets of things not done...or wish I had done...I really can't answer that. I wish I could go back and change some things, but I know that Jesus has paid it all, and He has washed me white as snow...so that's all that really matters at this point. This was a good post. Thank you for making us think!
