G'evening friends! I hope everyone enjoyed a nice day? Right about now,
I'm feeling
..... a little dejected.
Last week I waltzed into my doctor's office, fully expecting an 'atta girl.' Instead, while my numbers look good, she said the results of my stress test came back abnormal. Thankfully, it's on the low end, but she prescribed a beta blocker and has scheduled me for a heart cath on the 18th.
On the plus side, I'm mighty thankful for these diagnostics. Can't help but wish they'd been available back in the day that might have saved - or at least extended - my father's life.

I was disappointed last week to discover no 'vanilla' flavored probiotic in the dairy case. A bit reluctantly, I chose 'blueberry.'
What do you know, I love it! So much for my (dubious) claim to fame of not liking fruit. I remember reading, our body's cells regenerate themselves every 7-10 years -- so maybe I should try an orange sometime ... or a strawberry even.

Does anyone else read other peoples' comments on a public post?
Most days I have a regular itinerary of blog stops. But this morning I was feeling particularly lethargic. Something one of Sean Dietrich's readers wrote piqued my curiosity. I clicked on her link and was pleasantly surprised.

... to visit the Antique Mall soon for seasoned treasure. (Cross fingers?) Not that I'm counting, but it's been 16-1/2 months. Oh, I still get e-mail alerts for estate sales, but remembering people crowding and pushing one another is a Big Turn-off.

DeleteOf course I could barely concentrate on the the rest of the post after hearing your stress test came back abnormal. Thankfully it is on the low end and a heart cath is no big deal, I've had one too. Sending lots of prayers your way and some big hugs too!

DeleteFact that they want to do a heart cath but it is not eminent but in about 2 weeks is a bit of "good" news. They would act sooner if they were concerned about something "major" happening soon. Prayers for that test to go well and that they'll be able to treat you medically or even not at all based on what it shows. Your pastor's hubby has a great voice, enjoyed the clip! I think I don't like the new blogger. I used to be able to upload photos and the like from my phone. That doesn't seem to be an option anymore these days.

DeleteAbsolutely love your passwords voice and his version of the old Jesus loves me. Absolutely gorgeous. Sorry to hear you have to have the cats test but Bob says to tell you he's been through three of them and there's nothing to it of course you have to remember that he's from Mars and I know that there's nothing to it to him anyway. I will be praying for good results from the heart cath. I haven't been shopping other than in a Walmart for just supplies and I can't even remember how long and since this virus shutdown have not even been in any kind of store other than Publix Walmart and ordering from Amazon. But I have been in a lot of doctors offices and blood labs. Yes I have read comments on others blog not very often but sometimes and clicked on it to see what they wrote about. Actually a couple of the bloggers that I follow I found them that way

LV is 90 too, I do believe, she has blogged for a long time and I had the pleasure of meeting her several years ago. You may have her link already Let me know. You will do just great! I Just know it. I think the same thing about my own dad too. My how much Cardiology has changed since the 1980's. The hubby had some issues and now he is fine. DO you know Betsy at Joyful Reflections? She turned 78 this past week. SHe has AFIB but she is a positive and happy gal so she was not about to be sidetracked. She and George her hubby go hiking and she take the most amazing photos. I believe attitude has a lot to do with your health. Prayers up and Andy has a wonderful voice. I am glad you are in a place where you can get some great health care. I love praying and these days it is quiet when the dogs are outside for those few minutes to pray quietly. I sure love it. You take care. You are in good hands and GOD will not let you down.
