Thanks to the Queen of Hodgepodge (aka, Joyce) for this week's questions --
Last thing you said 'yes' to? Did you regret it?
I don't recall Tom coming out and actually asking me to clean out the gutters, but ya. No way I want him up on that ladder!
I need to dig deep down and resurrect the girl who championed rope climbing back in 7th grade.
No big deal, no contest, no dice, no hard feelings, no ifs ands or buts, no kidding, no offense, no pain no gain, no way. Choose one and tell us how it applies to your life currently.
Probably 'no big deal.' Since I've retired to the 'slow lane' there's little that gets me agitated for long.
Thursday, June 11 is National Making Life Beautiful Day. In this strange season, how are you adding beauty to your days/life?

According to an article, these 6 foods taste better in June than at any other time of the year: strawberries, asparagus, peas, peaches, beets and garlic. How many of these have you tasted so far this month? 2 - Asparagus and Garlic are staples in our kitchen. Anything on the list you'd say 'no thank you' to trying? See #6, below. Rearrange the list, starting with your favorite (1) to your least favorite (6).
(1) Asparagus, (2) Garlic, (3) Beets, (4) Peas, (5) Peaches (6) Strawberries
Describe your current mood in 3 words.
Grateful … Anxious … Hungry (always, lol)
Insert your own random thought here:
So, almost a month ago a 10" x 2" ugly rash 'suddenly' appeared on the front of my leg -- resulting in my going to an Urgent Care and getting a steroid shot. (NEVER, ever again!!!) Two days later I was able to see my primary care, who confirmed it wasn't cellulitis -- something I was hospitalized with back in '08.
She referred me to a dermatologist, so that happened this afternoon. They poked and prodded -- and seem as puzzled as me, but took a sample to be biopsied. I need to go back in 2 weeks to have stitches removed and (hopefully) get an answer. Meanwhile she wants me to start using sunflower seed oil.
Good thing I don't own any shorts! These legs probably haven't seen daylight in more than a decade. Anyway, I appreciate your good thoughts!
Have a great day … stay safe!
Hugs, Myra
