With Each Remembrance

Mother's Day can be difficult to experience for so many individuals. Only after the loss of my own mother ~ and the sudden death (SIDS) of a co-workers baby ~ was I able to Understand.

But! It's important I wear a happy face today, knowing that's just what she would want. That, and a necessary reassurance: "No Mom, I'm not forgetting to be a good girl."

Sometimes our hearts borrow from our yesterdays ...and with each remembrance we meet again with those we love.
