DeleteI make antipasto skewers now and then. I love all the ingredients and we've been known to make a meal out of an anitpasto tray. Hope you get that massage!

Deletei have never eaten a skewer like that and spent a lot of time trying to figure out everything on it. my questions is, why waste time on a skewer, just put ti all in a bowl 😁😁 i figured out everything except what is next to the tomatoe after olive, tomato, looks like a noodle? NOTE I went first comment to the FOOD... what i need to do is make these and allow myself one for lunch or one for dinner... on a try like Joyce said I might eat all the cheese and olives and no one else would get them.
ReplyDeleteI have zero desire to go on a tour to any of those places. and the only place i go is Walmart and Home Depot and occasionally YMCA.
I would love to go to breakfast with YOU and if i traveled would come and get you and drive 11 miles to Wetumka....
All of this I am to the first question and you already know. I am a pessimistic REALIST... my motto is IF ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN IT PROBABLY WILL.

DeleteI read Trip Advisor, but seldom act on the advice. We are tour enthusiastic only in foreign countries. I guess it is probably because we most likely return to that particular city or site.

DeleteI'm definitely an optimist. Always looking to see the bright side of things. It is always there when we take the time to look for it. Yes, I have to say most of my outings are to the grocery store. I put a lot into planning my menu and like to shop from it. It's a lovely day in Oho and I'm glad it finally warmer and can enjoy getting out.

DeleteI'm a devout pessimist and have always been a realist. I don't believe in happy endings, and I never see rainbows and unicorns on the horizon.
ReplyDeleteI'll be brutally blunt - men are very often a pain in the ass to travel with. A "girls trip" sounds ok.
Of all the aforementioned places, I'd probably choose the Grand Canyon. The last time I saw it was long ago.
I don't like tours at all.
I love Genoa salami.
I don't know that a trip will ever come to fruition, except in my daydreams. My son actually put that in my head when he said Chloe (grand #2) was going on a Bachelorette trip ... and I thought he meant the ABC show! (Burst my bubble, he did.)

DeleteI tend to be a realistic optimist. Whatever that is. I tend to see the glass half full, but in reality I know it will soon be empty. LOL. I would probably choose Charleston out of that list. The skewer thingy looks good. Do you cook it on the grill, or do you eat it like it is? I'm pretty dumb when it comes to skewers and such. It would be such fun to have a blogging girls weekend!! Maybe in Charleston...kill two birds with one stone...LOL, not really "kill" you understand... LOL. Been watching too many detective mysteries lately...

ReplyDeleteTeh skewers look yummy! Rebekah whips up the best antipasto salad ever so I like it in the bowl but have had many shrimp , chicken and beef bites on a skewer. Bostion is not on your list but I would go to Boston. I love history. My grandgirl Addy is taking a school trip in March 2022 to Boston/NYC. I've been to NYC and wanted to return but all the politcs turned me off completely. Noelle & Roger just returned from the Grand Canyon where the high was 72 degrees. Meanwhile in Colorado we were melting at 92 (pant pant pant). Even Piper their doggy enjoyed the Grand Canyon. I saw the Grand Canyon from the sky. In 1972, the pilot on my plane going to LAX said he was taking us down around the rim of the Grand Canyon. That was so beautiful to see from the sky. I am terribly late. But feeling like maybe I should have jumped back into blogging with both feet planted firm;y as I have some new ideas to honor my recently departed friends Sharon and Jessica. HUGS to you.
